For exchanges, you will need to ship your item to the following address: 79/1/1, 30th Street, Khayaban-e-Seher, DHA Pase 6, Karachi. Once we receive the item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our exchange conditions (unused, unworn, and in original packaging). After the item passes inspection, we will dispatch your requested replacement item. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including the delivery charges for the exchanged item.
